We want your order to reach you fast and fresh. Our coffee is roasted to order, so it ships soon after roasting for the best flavor.

We ship to addresses in the United States and to most international destinations.

Coffee and tea, United States: Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.
Coffee and tea, international: Shipped by USPS. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Apparel, hats and mugs: These are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from coffee and tea. Shipping is a flat $8 per order within the United States. International shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.

Coffee and tea: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most US orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship.
Apparel, hats and mugs: Each item is made for you, which takes about 2 to 7 business days before it ships. Most US orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after that.
International orders: Usually arrive within 7 to 21 business days after they ship, depending on the destination and customs.

If your order has coffee or tea plus merchandise, the items may arrive in separate packages.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

We do our best to get every order out on time, but carrier issues or busy seasons can sometimes cause delays. Thank you for your patience.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, email us at sales@1milecafe.com and we'll help sort it out.
