Living in Denver, the Mile High City, inspired the name—but what matters most to us is what's in the cup. We wanted to create a specialty coffee experience without the pretension. Something that feels just as right for your quiet morning at home as it does for fueling a busy day.

We source our beans from ethical producers around the world and roast them in small batches to bring out their best character—clean, balanced, and full of life. Every order is roasted the day it ships, because freshness isn't a feature to us—it's the standard.
