- Return Shipping Label: We will email you a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you once your return is authorized.

Item Condition & Eligibility
- Standard Items: Must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Coffee & Tea: These items are eligible for our "Risk-Free" guarantee even if they have been opened and sampled.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, personal care items, or hazardous materials.
