Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply send it back to us and we’ll issue a refund. We want you to feel confident trying our products and stand behind what we offer.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@1milecafe.com. Proof of purchase is required. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


Exchanges

If you didn’t enjoy a product but would like to try another option of the same kind, return the original item and we’ll send you a replacement once it’s received.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Food and other perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund and issue it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
