Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Whether you changed your mind or aren't happy with your purchase, we want you to feel confident trying our products.

Our Risk-Free Guarantee

If you try our coffee or tea and don't enjoy the taste, you can send it back for a full refund or an exchange, even if the bag has been opened. We stand behind our brew and want you to find the right one for you.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at sales@1milecafe.com.

  • Response time: We answer all return requests and questions within two business days.
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns.
  • Authorization: Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization can't be accepted.
  • Return method: All returns are made by mail.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Return shipping label: Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Packaging: You only need to provide a box or mailer to pack the item in.
  • Restocking fees: We never charge restocking fees.

Item Condition and Eligibility

  • Merchandise (apparel, hats and mugs): Must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Coffee and tea: Covered by our Risk-Free Guarantee even if opened and sampled.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards and custom or personalized products.

Exchanges

If you'd like to try a different item of the same kind, return your original item and we'll send the replacement once it arrives back with us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away at sales@1milecafe.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
